  • Free Shipping on all orders over £75.
  • For orders under £75, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary based on your shipping address and chosen method. Most orders will arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs processing.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order’s progress.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are subject to carrier availability and factors outside our control (such as weather, customs processing, or other shipping delays). UNBOUND is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Currently, we ship to the UK, USA and EU. If you are located outside of our shipping areas, please contact us directly to inquire about potential shipping options.
